What do you need to know about me?  While I will be as honest as Abe here, I would like to remain anonymous for professional courtesies.  I am still an industry professional and many of my friends and colleagues own and manage the restaurants that I will review.  I hold a management degree from Le Cordon Bleu culinary institute and a BS in Hospitality Management.  I have 3 beautiful children and an even more beautiful better half.  My wife and friend is the main reason I was inspired to create this space.
